This notice applies to the public MeridianEase marketing site at meridianease.com. The MeridianEase application at app.meridianease.com may have additional product-specific notices and controls.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your name, email address, company, and the contents of your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information by email.
The beta access form shown on the marketing site currently displays a local confirmation and does not submit the form contents to a MeridianEase server. We will update this notice if that changes.
Cookies and measurement choices
The site uses necessary browser functionality and stores your cookie preference locally so it can remember your choice. The preference is stored in your browser under the key meridian-ease-consent.
Analytics and marketing measurement are denied by default. If you choose to allow them through the cookie banner, Google Consent Mode may allow the relevant Google measurement or advertising services to process information about your visit according to their own policies. Third-party links
The site links to third-party services, including the MeridianEase application and a Canva project setup demo. When you follow one of these links, that service controls its own processing and privacy practices. Review the relevant third-party notice before submitting information.

We use information you send to respond to your request, communicate about MeridianEase, provide support, and maintain the site. We do not sell personal information from this marketing site.

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled through our communication channels. We keep messages and related information only for as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve issues, or meet applicable obligations.
